La investigación tuvo como propósito analizar la influencia de la Organización Inteligente y Sistémica en la Creatividad Empresarial en las pequeñas y medianas empresas en la región Ica, año 2021; para el caso la problemática se fundamentó con el marco teórico, el mismo que contiene antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual, además de los datos de campo. La metodología es de tipo aplicada con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo – correlacional, diseño no experimental – correlacional; con una muestra de 170 gerentes, a un nivel de confianza del 95% y un nivel de significación del 5%. En cuanto a las técnicas de recolección de datos se consideró a la encuesta y el análisis documental con su respectivo instrumento, cuestionario y revisión de documentos; asimismo para procesar la información se utilizó a la organización, tabulación de datos, estadística descriptiva y aplicación de chi cuadrado. Los resultados obtenidos referentes a las variables concluyen que las situaciones influyen en el gerente inteligente y están relacionados con la toma de decisiones prematuras acertadas; las características del gerente inteligente influyen en el análisis de problemas concernientes al sector pymes, el estilo de gerencia inteligente influye en el desarrollo de nuevos productos y el tipo de gerencia inteligente influye en la experimentación o control de calidad de un nuevo producto; por lo tanto, se puede determinar que existe una correlación estadísticamente positiva buena y significativa. The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of the Intelligent and Systemic Organization on Business Creativity in small and medium-sized companies in the Ica Region, year 2021; In this case, the problem was based on the theoretical framework, the same that contains background, theoretical bases and conceptual framework; in addition to field data. The methodology is applied with a quantitative approach, descriptive level - correlational, non-experimental design - correlational; with a sample of 170 managers, at aconfidence level of 95% and a significance level of 5%. Regarding the data collection techniques, the survey and documentary analysis were considered with their respective questionnaire instrument and document review; Likewise, to process the information, the organization, tabulation of data, descriptive statistics and application of chi square were used. The results obtained regarding the variables conclude that the situations influence the intelligent manager and are related to making the right premature decisions; the characteristics of the intelligent manager influence the analysis of problems concerning the SME sector, the intelligent management style influences the development of new products and the type of intelligent management influences the experimentation or quality control of a new product; therefore, it can be determined that there is a statistically good and significant positive correlation.
