El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de información y la actitud frente al COVID-19 en pobladores adultos del Centro Poblado Los Romanes, La Tinguiña. Ica - 2021. Estudio descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo y transversal, de diseño no experimental-correlacional. La muestra fue conformada por 150 pobladores adultos entre los 18 y 59 años, aplicándose la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios validados. La información sobre el Covid-19 fue de nivel regular 47.3%, seguido de nivel deficiente 30% y nivel bueno 22.7%; por dimensiones se encontró con mayor predominio un nivel regular de información en las generalidades del Covid19 con 56% y en medidas preventivas 44%. La actitud frente al Covid-19 fue negativa en el 64.7% y positiva 35.3%; asimismo se encontró mayor proporción de actitud negativa en la dimensión cognitiva 55.3%, afectiva 66% y conductual 51.3%. La prueba de Rho de Spearman estableció relación significativa entre ambas variables de estudio (p=0.001), existiendo mayor predominio de actitud negativa en pobladores adultos con nivel regular y deficiente información sobre el Covid-19 (35.3% y 22% respectivamente), y mayor proporción de actitud positiva en pobladores adultos con nivel bueno de información (15.3%). Existe relación significativa entre el nivel de información y la actitud frente al Covid-19 en pobladores adultos del Centro Poblado Los Romanes, La Tinguiña. Ica – 2021. ----- The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of information and the attitude towards Covid-19 in adult residents of the Los Romanes Populated Center, La Tinguiña. Ica – 2021. Descriptive study, with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach, with a non-experimental-correlational design. The sample was made up of 150 adult residents between the ages of 18 and 59, applying the survey technique and two validated questionnaires as an instrument. The information on Covid-19 was of a regular level 47.3%, followed by a poor level 30% and a good level 22.7%; By dimensions, a regular level of information was found with a higher prevalence in the generalities of Covid-19 with 56% and in preventive measures 44%. The attitude towards Covid-19 was negative in 64.7% and positive in 35.3%; Likewise, a higher proportion of negative attitude was found in the cognitive dimension 55.3%, affective 66% and behavioral 51.3%. Spearman's Rho test established a significant relationship between both study variables (p=0.001), with a higher prevalence of negative attitude in adult residents with a regular level and poor information about Covid-19 (35.3% and 22% respectively), and higher proportion of positive attitude in adult residents with a good level of information (15.3%).
