Objetivo general determinar la influencia del acto jurídico en la transferencia de propiedad inmueble en la provincia de Ica, 2018. Método el tipo fue explicativo, el nivel fue aplicativo, el diseño causa efecto. Los derechos y deberes nacen después de celebrado y formado el acto jurídico, el 79.9% respondieron que sí, el 8.9% que no y el 11.1% desconoce.; La transferencia de propiedad, más comunes son las rogatorias de trasferencias por compraventa, el 71.5% respondieron que sí, el 17.6% que no y el 10.8% desconoce; Es lícito en el acto jurídico en la transferencia de la propiedad inmueble en la provincia de Ica, el 63.1% respondieron que sí, el 22.0% que no y el 14.9% desconoce; Aprecia Usted capacidad de las partes en el acto jurídico en la transferencia de la propiedad inmueble, el 61.8% respondieron que sí, el 19.5% que no y el 18.7% desconoce; En su opinión existe coherencia en la transferencia de la propiedad inmueble, el 66.4% respondieron que sí, el 21.2% que no y el 12.5% desconoce. La influencia del acto jurídico en la transferencia de propiedad inmueble en la provincia de Ica, se determinó que permite ejecutar las relaciones jurídicas en la compra venta de bines inmuebles entra las personas. ----- General objective to determine the influence of the legal act on the transfer of real estate in the province of Ica, 2018.
