La presente investigación consistió en “implementar un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en la empresa de transporte SOYUZ en Ica 2018, asimismo, la investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal donde la población y muestra fueron 70 trabajadores de la empresa de transporte SOYUZ. Por consiguiente, de un total 70 trabajadores de la empresa de transporte, el 86% considera que la implementación de Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional si contribuye a la prevención de los accidentes laborales en la ruta Lima-Nasca en la empresa de transporte SOYUZ y para el 14% sólo a veces”. En definitiva, se ha comprobado que la implementación de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional contribuyó a la prevención de los accidentes laborales en la empresa de transporte SOYUZ en Ica 2018. ----- The present investigation consisted of “implementing an Occupational Health and Safety System in the SOYUZ transport company in Ica 2018, likewise, the investigation was developed under a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design where the population and sample were 70 workers. SOYUZ transport company. Therefore, of a total of 70 workers of the transport company, 86% consider that the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System does contribute to the prevention of occupational accidents on the Lima- Nasca route in the transport company SOYUZ and for 14% only sometimes”. In short, it has been proven that the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety System contributed to the prevention of occupational accidents in the transport company SOYUZ in Ica 2018.
