En este contexto desarrollar en los estudiantes la autonomía y pensamiento crítico es fundamentar como futuro profesional, así como las habilidades de investigación este estudio cuya finalidad es determina la relación que existe entre el pensamiento crítico y habilidades investigativas en estudiantes del V ciclo del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Publico “Juan XXIII” de Ica, 2019. Este estudio se desarrolla tomando en cuenta el enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue básica de nivel descriptivo correlacional. El diseño fue no experimental. La población y la muestra de estudio estuvo constituida por 65 estudiantes del V ciclo del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Publico “Juan XXIII” de Ica, 2019. El instrumento fue una encuesta y los instrumentos cuestionarios para evaluar el pensamiento crítico y las habilidades en investigación. Conforme con lo hallado se concluye que existe una correlación directa y significativa directa entre el pensamiento crítico y las habilidades investigativas en estudiantes del V ciclo del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Publico “Juan XXIII”. El coeficiente de correlación rho spearman hallado es de 0,660. ----- In this context, developing autonomy and critical thinking in students is to base as a future professional, as well as research skills, this study whose purpose is to determine the relationship that exists between critical thinking and investigative skills in students of the V cycle of the Institute of Education Public Pedagogical Superior "Juan XXIII" of Ica, 2019. This study is developed taking into account the quantitative approach, the type of research was basic descriptive correlational level. The design was non-experimental. The study population and sample consisted of 65 students from the V cycle of the "Juan XXIII" Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute of Ica, 2022. The instrument was a survey and questionnaire instruments to assess critical thinking and research skills. According to what was found, it is concluded that there is a direct and significant direct correlation between critical thinking and investigative skills in students of the V cycle of the "Juan XXIII" Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute. The rho spearman correlation coefficient found is 0.660.
