Determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica en boticas privadas en el centro de Chincha, 2023. Investigación descriptiva. Enfoque no experimental. Transversal. Muestra, Boticas privadas en el centro de la provincia de Chincha. Técnica, Observar el objeto de estudio de manera cercana, pudiendo registrar y recopilar una gran cantidad de información para luego analizarla. Son 22 boticas privadas inspeccionadas en el Centro de Chincha, donde se obtuvo que 19 boticas tienen un nivel de cumplimiento ≥ 80%, por lo que corresponde a un nivel alto, representando un 86% del 100% del total de boticas inspeccionadas. Por otro lado 3 boticas tienen un nivel de cumplimiento entre el 51% al 79%, por lo que corresponde a un nivel medio, representando un 14% del 100% del total de boticas inspeccionadas del Cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de oficina Farmacéutica. Asimismo, se identificó que la mayoría de las boticas inspeccionadas no cumplen con ciertos ítems que son críticos, donde se concluye que estas pueden ser sancionadas o cerradas por la Autoridad Correspondiente según la escala de infracciones del Decreto Supremo N° 014-2011-SA. ----- Determine the level of Compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Office Practices in Private Pharmacies in the Center of Chincha, 2023. Technique, Observe the object of study closely, being able to record and collect a large amount of information and then analyze it. There are 22 private pharmacies inspected in the Center of Chincha, where it was found that 19 pharmacies have a compliance level ≥ 80%, which corresponds to a high level, representing 86% of 100% of the total pharmacies inspected. On the other hand, 3 pharmacies have a level of compliance between 51% and 79%, which corresponds to a medium level, representing 14% of 100% of the total pharmacies inspected for Compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Office Practices. Likewise, it was identified that the majority of the inspected pharmacies do not comply with certain items that are critical, where it is concluded that these can be sanctioned or closed by the Corresponding Authority according to the scale of infractions of Supreme Decree No. 014-2011-SA.
