Determinar porque la ética médica es un factor determínate en la calidad de atención del personal médico de la Seguridad Social en la Provincia de Ica, año 2019 - 2020. Estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, retrospectiva. Nivel. descriptivo, diseño no experimental. De enfoque cuantitativo en una población aproximada de 165 y una muestra no probabilística de 92 médicos que voluntariamente participaron en la recopilación de la información necesaria para la encuesta. La gran cantidad de pacientes, no deja desarrollar el trabajo médico según sus principios éticos el 27.2% manifiesta estar muy de acuerdo, mientras que Si el exceso de tecnología y la sobre carga digital influye en la correcta atención al paciente según sus principios éticos el 10.9% dice estar muy de acuerdo, los principios éticos se pasan por alto cuando el médico necesita tiempo para atender a sus pacientes el 21.7% dice estar muy de acuerdo, el médico deja atenciones no fundamentales pero que éticamente no debería dejar, el 30.4% dice estar muy de acuerdo es del 10%, usted como médico siente que hace las cosas a medias, lo que no es acorde con la ética del cuidado del paciente el 26.1% dice estar muy de acuerdo y la falta de espacio y el exceso de carga de trabajo no permiten desarrollar los componentes éticos el 15.2% dice estar muy de acuerdo. La necesidad de la práctica ética médica como factor determínate está asociada significativamente para p valor < 0.05 a la atención de calidad del personal médico de la Seguridad Social en la Provincia de Ica. Los valores humanos están asociados significativamente para p valor < 0.05 a la influencia en la calidad de atención del personal médico de la Seguridad Social. El nivel de conocimiento sobre ética profesional si está asociada significativamente para un p valor < 0.05 a la calidad de atención del personal médico de la Seguridad Social en la Provincia de Ica. Si es necesaria la práctica de la ética médica como factor determinante en una atención de calidad del personal médico de la Seguridad Social en la Provincia de Ica, año 2019- 2020. De igual manera, En el caso específico de la Seguridad Social en la Provincia de Ica, es importante que el personal médico cuente con una sólida formación ética que les permita actuar con integridad, responsabilidad y compromiso en su labor diaria. ----- Determine why medical ethics is a determining factor in the quality of care of Social Security medical personnel in the Province of Ica, year 2019 - 2020.
