description El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es fue determinar la influencia del uso de la WebQuest en la gestión responsable del medio ambiente de los estudiantes de tercer grado de secundaria en el área de Historia, Geografía y Economía de la Institución Educativa Marko Jara Schenone, UGEL 06, Ate-Vitarte 2018, mediante instrumentos específicos debidamente validados con expertos. El estudio utilizó el tipo de investigación experimental, y el diseño cuasiexperimental conformado por grupos. Para lo cual se trabajó con una población de 110 estudiantes de tercer grado de educación secundaria en el área de Historia, Geografía y Economía de la Institución Educativa Marko Jara Schenone, divididos en dos: 20 estudiantes de grupo experimental y 20 estudiantes de grupo de control. A esta muestra se le aplicó un pretest de 20 ítems y un postest de 20 ítems a cada grupo para recoger información respectivamente a ambos grupos, para recabar información y luego comparar los promedios de ambos grupos. Los análisis fueron realizados con la prueba de las hipótesis, se utilizándose la prueba estadística de U de Mann Whitney para muestras independientes, con un nivel de confianza del 95%. En la prueba si el valor de significancia bilateral es menor que 0.05, entonces se rechaza la H0: Hipótesis nula. Según los resultados de la prueba de hipótesis, el valor de significancia obtenido en la Prueba estadística según U de Mann Whitney fue de 0.000, menor que 0.05, por lo que se rechazó la Hipótesis nula, aceptándose la Hipótesis de la Investigación. Por la cual concluimos que el uso de la WebQuest tiene un significado en la gestión responsable del medio ambiente donde los estudiantes de tercer grado de secundaria en el área de Historia, Geografía y Economía de la Institución Educativa Marko Jara Schenone, UGEL 06, Ate-Vitarte 2018.

The study used the type of experimental research, and the quasi-experimental design made up of groups. For which we worked with a population of 110 third grade students of secondary education in the area of History, Geography and Economics of the Marko Jara Schenone Educational Institution, divided into two: 20 students from the experimental group and 20 students from the control group. . To this sample, a 20-item pretest and a 20-item posttest were applied to each group to collect information respectively from both groups, to collect information and then compare the averages of both groups. The analyzes were carried out with the test of the hypotheses, using the Mann Whitney U statistical test for independent samples, with a confidence level of 95%. In the test, if the bilateral significance value is less than 0.05, then the H0: Null Hypothesis is rejected.
