La investigación es de tipo descriptivo correlacional. La muestra de estudio estuvo constituida por 20 docentes pertenecientes a 10 instituciones educativas. Se aplicó un cuestionario para cada variable elaborado en la escala Likert, cuyo procesamiento de datos ha permitido obtener los siguiente resultado: la correlación entre la Identidad Institucional y ejecución Proyecto Educativo Institucional Estratégico en docentes de educación inicial de la Red N° 2 UGEL – Ventanilla – DREC Callao, indica que el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0,716 representa una correlación positiva fuerte de las variables, y p=0,000 menor que 0.05 siendo está altamente significativo, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa, se concluye estableciéndose que, existe relación significativa entre la Identidad Institucional y ejecución Proyecto Educativo Institucional Estratégico en docentes de educación inicial de la Red N° 2 UGEL – Ventanilla – DREC Callao.

The research is descriptive and correlational. The study sample consisted of 20 teachers belonging to 10 educational institutions.
