description La presente tesis intitulada fue realizada con el objetivo de determinar en qué medida un sistema web mejora la gestión de incidencias, este surgió a la necesidad de llevar un control en el proceso de manejo de incidencias. Siendo su problemática general ¿En qué medida un sistema web mejora la gestión de incidencias del área de TI de Perú Productos Agrícolas SAC, Lima 2023? Durante el desarrollo de la tesis, se hizo uso de la metodología Extreme Programming como una opción ágil y flexible centrada en el análisis, diseño e implementación del software. Los fundamentos teóricos se centran en la gestión de incidencias el cual comprende principios de prácticas de gestión de servicios de TI, también en Extreme Programming como metodología de desarrollo de software rápida y eficiente. Finalmente, en cuanto a los resultados se menciona al tiempo promedio de resolución con una mejora del 51.38% y el número de incidencias resueltas con una mejora del 43.84%, por ende, se concluye que el sistema web optimiza el procedimiento de gestión de incidencias y se recomienda otorgar el énfasis necesario en la capacitación constante de los empleados de la empresa para el uso eficiente del sistema.

Being its general problem, to what extent does a web system improve the management of incidents in the IT area of Peru Productos Agrícolas SAC, Lima 2023? During the development of the thesis, the Extreme Programming methodology was used as an agile and flexible option focused on the analysis, design and implementation of the software. The theoretical foundations focus on incident management which includes principles of IT service management practices, also on Extreme Programming as a fast and efficient software development methodology.
