description La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo principal establecer la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de San Luis, Lima, en el año 2016, el estudio es no experimental, de nivel correlacional, en correspondencia se aplicó el método descriptivo y el diseño de la investigación es correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 64 trabajadores de la Municipal Distrital de San Luis, de la provincia de Lima, la técnica que se empleó fué la encuesta y de instrumento los cuestionarios de clima organizacional y de desempeño laboral. Obteniendo por resultado que no existe relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de San Luis, Lima, en el año 2016. Asimismo se demostró que el nivel de clima organizacional en trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de San Luis, Lima, en el año 2016 es bueno y el índice de desempeño laboral en trabajadores de la municipalidad distrital de San Luis, Lima, en el año 2016 es excelente.
