The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between institutional image and job placement in graduates of the School of Administration and Accounting of UNAP, Requena subsidiary, 2021, being a descriptive-correlational research with a non-experimental design, the which was composed of 236 graduates of the administration and accounting career, the survey and questionnaire were used as a data collection instrument as a technique, for which I conclude that the institutional image is regular because sometimes the university directors They do not have a correct behavior, they also rarely help to facilitate the achievement of objectives and goals proposed by the university, as well as seldom do they have a mission, values and principles established by the management Likewise, labor insertion is classified as regular due to the fact that Sometimes during the study time I do not carry out professional practices, as well as rarely Sometimes he worked during the time he was studying, and the period in which he joined the job was seldom at the beginning of his career. In general, it is determined that the relationship between institutional image and job placement in graduates of the School of Administration and Accounting of the UNAP is significant and considerable, since the rho correlation statistic yielded a significance of 0.000 and a coefficient of 0.757.
