The climate of any institution and the management of organizations are very important for the correct functioning of the organization, especially of the public universities of Peru, such as the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, therefore, if the management is not in accordance with the principles that support education, the attitude or behavior of the members of the university can be negative or questionable due to the organizational climate formed, or positive and stimulating, carrying out administrative work with pleasure and dedication. In this sense, the objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the Institutional climate and the organizational management of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, during the period 2022. For this, a non-experimental type of quantitative research was used. and correlational design, through which it was found that there is a direct and positive relationship between the Institutional climate and the organizational management of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, during the period 2022, specifically, this positive relationship is high with a coefficient of 68%.
