| Sumario: | The present study aimed to determine the relationship between happiness at work and job satisfaction at Caja Huancayo Iquitos 2025 Agency. The research was descriptive, with a quantitative approach, as numerical and statistical methods were applied for data analysis. The design was non-experimental, since the variables were not manipulated, but rather observed in their natural context; furthermore, it was cross-sectional because it was conducted at a single point in time. A correlational level was also used, since the objective was to establish the relationship between two key variables. The most relevant results show that the correlation between happiness at work and job satisfaction was significant, obtaining a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.819 with a bilateral significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). This result shows a very strong, positive correlation, indicating that the greater the happiness in the workplace, the higher the level of employee satisfaction. Therefore, the research hypothesis is confirmed, and it is concluded that happiness at work is a determining factor in increasing job satisfaction. The importance of implementing organizational strategies that promote a positive environment and strengthen the work climate is highlighted. |
