The objective of this study was to describe the level of student satisfaction about the student welfare service at Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, Iquitos 2019. The research type was descriptive with field study, contemporary transectional, and univariable designs. 5132 students made up the population and a randomized stratified with proportional affixation sample of 1064. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire. Results show that the level of satisfaction for each service were: dining room service: 24,2%, sports service: 26,3%, medical service: 31,7%, psycho pedagogical service: 21,8%, Social service: 23,6%, and, transport service: 22,2%. In conclusion, only 26,8% of the students is satisfied with student’s welfare services at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, as p-value was 0.000 < ? = 0.05, rejecting the working hypothesis.
