Sumario:The research titled “Sociodemographic Factors and Perceived Stress in Nursing Graduates from a Public University Iquitos 2024” had the general objective of determining the relationship between sociodemographic factors and the level of perceived stress in graduates of the Faculty of Nursing at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon Iquitos 2024. The methodology corresponds to a quantitative, descriptive, correlational study, with a non- experimental, cross-sectional, and prospective design, conducted with a sample of 130 graduates. For data collection, the survey technique was used to apply two instruments: the Sociodemographic Factors Questionnaire and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14). The main results show that regarding social factors, 51.5% were unemployed, 56.1% reported low income, and 51.5% reported having harmful habits; regarding demographic factors, 89.2% were young adults, 70.0% were female, and 72.3% reported being single. Additionally, 58.5% presented a moderate level of perceived stress. A statistically significant relationship was found between the social factor of having harmful habits and a moderate level of perceived stress (p=0.001), as well as between the demographic factor of being single and a moderate level of perceived stress (p=0.018). It is concluded that among graduates, low economic status predominates; they are mainly young adults, and this is related to the fact that the majority show a significant level of perceived stress.
