| Sumario: | The research describes and correlates the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the staff at the Manseriche District Municipality in 2025. It was conducted using a basic, quantitative, descriptive-correlational, non experimental, and cross-sectional methodology through a census of the entity's 120 workers. The descriptive results revealed a mostly positive organizational climate, with 69% rated as "always," which contrasts with moderate job satisfaction, with 59% rated as "sometimes". Inferentially, a direct, high, and significant correlation was confirmed between both variables, with a Spearman's Rho of 0.816 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 , concluding that climate is a robust predictor of satisfaction, although an asymmetry exists between the excellent perception of the former and the lukewarm result of the latter. Therefore, the general recommendation was to implement a strategic and comprehensive continuous improvement initiative that, based on a precise diagnosis, executes an action plan, strengthens the role of leaders, and establishes constant monitoring to sustainably increase staff satisfaction. |
