| Sumario: | The purpose of this study was to investigate how motivation is linked to job satisfaction among employees of the District Municipality of Fernando Lores, Tamshiyacu, in 2024. Using a descriptive correlational approach and quantitative methodology, statistical data collection techniques were employed to analyze these phenomena in their context. The results show a significant positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.756 and a significance value of 0.000, confirming the proposed hypothesis. These findings underscore the importance of motivation for job satisfaction among employees of the District Municipality of Fernando Lores, Tamshiyacu, providing crucial information for future interventions aimed at improving well-being and work performance in this specific context. |
