The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between strategic planning with work performance in the local educational management unit of Ramón Castilla, by 2023; the type of research is correlational, non-experimental design and quantitative approach, the sample is 30 workers, the result obtained is 0.745**, Pearson's correlation is considerable positive, its sigma (bilateral) equal to 0.000. Regarding variables 1 and 2, it allows us to affirm that 100% of workers are in the good category. This work concludes that there is a significant relationship between Strategic Planning and the Labor Performance of the workers of the UGEL of Ramón Castilla, year 2023.
