Descripción
Sumario:Public investment in Loreto is essential to provide basic services to the population, an investment that has not kept pace with population growth. The objective of this thesis was to determine the impact of the non-financial investment of the local governments in the total public investment of the Loreto region, in the period 2015 - 2019. For this, this investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level was carried out and Non-Experimental design. The research concludes that the investment made by the provincial and district municipalities of the Loreto region had a positive impact on total public investment, having accounted for 40.02% of it. This conclusion is corroborated when investment is analyzed by levels of government, observing that local governments invested S /. 1,616.60 million (40.02%), the Regional Government S /. 1,312.90 million (32.50%), and the National Government S /. 1,110.00 million (27.48%). The sector to which the local governments dedicated the most investment was Transport and Communications with S /. 506.40 million (31.33%), due to the construction of tracks, carriage trails, rural roads, etc. Similarly, total public investment in the region was dedicated to the Transport and Communications sector, amounting to S /. 1,305.70 million (32.32%), mainly explained by the resources dedicated to the construction of the bridge over the Nanay River, as well as highways and other roads.
