Public investment in Loreto is essential to provide basic services to the population, an investment that has not kept pace with population growth. The objective of this thesis was to determine the impact of the non-financial investment of the local governments in the total public investment of the Loreto region, in the period 2015 - 2019. For this, this investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level was carried out and Non-Experimental design. The research concludes that the investment made by the provincial and district municipalities of the Loreto region had a positive impact on total public investment, having accounted for 40.02% of it. Describe la comunicación recibida por parte de la población beneficiada sobre el tiempo de inicio y del tiempo de ejecución de la obra de infraestructura básica, así como la organización de la obra y sus características.
