Sumario:The objective of this research work was to obtain a technology to make a palletized balanced feed from Bactris gasipaes (Pijuayo) for broilers, obtaining an alternative feed in the rearing of these poultry, the experimental part was carried out in the plant of the company MILAGORCHA SAC from August to October 2020. The methodology was experimental with a factorial arrangement of (4x5), completely random, where the factors were Type of food (F1), Degree of substitution (F2), using 3 repetitions for (F1 and F2), evaluating 5 treatments of different Bactris gasipaes substitution percentages of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% during four stages of chicken growth (pre-start, start, growth and finish). 150 chickens distributed in 3 groups of 10 chickens each treatment were used, determining that the pre-start stage was the one that obtained the best weight gain, with the degree of substitution of 50%, for the start stage of 0 and 25% of degree of substitution, in the growth stage of 50% and the finishing stage of 100%, of the degree of substitution, respectively, demonstrating that peach palm is an alternative with effective results.
