Descripción
Sumario:This research aims to determine how the work climate is related to job performance among workers at the San Juan de Miraflores health centre, Iquitos 2024. The study, of non-experimental, cross-sectional and basic design, was carried out by applying Likert scale questionnaires to a sample of 80 workers, evaluating the dimensions of motivation, interpersonal communication and decision-making, as well as work performance variables (efficiency, effectiveness and productivity). The inferential analyses, using the chi-square test, showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between organisational climate and job performance (p=0.001), with the motivation dimension showing a significant association (p=0.001), while the interpersonal communication and decision-making dimensions were not significantly related (p=0.437 and p=0.783, respectively). Based on these results, it is concluded that an organisational environment that promotes motivation has a positive influence on workers' work performance, which opens the need to implement strategies to strengthen motivation and, to a lesser extent, to improve internal communication and participation in decision making in order to optimise the work environment.
