Sumario:The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of the reverse planning workshop to develop innovative educational projects in the educational staff of the IEI No. 159 Niño de Jesús de Praga, in the city of Iquitos in 2024. The type of evaluative research was used, defined by a univariate, longitudinal and field design. The population considered was 30, finally 18 managers and teachers participated who were the sample. A questionnaire previously certified by experts was applied to collect the data. The research findings confirm that the application of the reverse planning workshop had a significant effect on the development of innovative educational projects in the educational staff of the IEI No. 159 Niño de Jesús de Praga, Iquitos, 2024. The Pretest-Posttest comparison showed improvements in all the dimensions evaluated, with increases in scores and a generalized transition towards excellent performance levels. The Wilcoxon test confirmed the statistical significance of these changes (p = .000), which validates the effectiveness of the workshop as a training strategy to strengthen skills in the planning and execution of innovative projects in the educational field.
