The present work entitled “Strategies for the sustainability and growth of an accounting study in the district of Punchana, 2020, is a work carried out with the objective of determining which strategies should be applied to optimize the sustainability and growth of an accounting study, for What was designed a type of descriptive research of non-experimental design that allowed to obtain different conclusions, among them that a permanent control should be carried out to the activities of control and monitoring of the work carried out by the workers because this is a strategy that helps to optimize the sustainability and growth of an accounting study, since 69 percent of potential clients stated that they would demand punctuality and reliability in the work and this is achieved with adequate internal control of the work carried out by employees, control activities and monitoring the accounting and tax activities of clients is also another The strategy to be applied because it influences the efficiency and management to optimize the sustainability and growth of an accounting study according to the results obtained in the survey where 77% of potential clients stated that they would need this service permanently in case of requiring the external advisory services of an external accounting firm.
