This research work helps us to see how the workers of an institution demonstrate their skills at work where mistakes are often made but in the end this research is corrected, this is cataloged as the Knowledge of the use of the SIAF the work performance in the decision-making in the workers involved in the Regional Agrarian Directorate of Loreto, lost 2020, the hypothesis was raised that if there is a direct relationship between knowledge of the use of the integrated financial management system and job performance in decision-making in workers involved in the DRA-L, 2020. The method for the research was descriptive correlational, because each variable was described according to its behavior, its research sample was made up of 41 workers involved in the DRA-L , 2020, with a square quote of 65, 879 with a confidence level of 95%, all this was thanks to the ay help of the administration, he was able to provide us with the information where a questionnaire and a guide were used, with this the research could be developed, in conclusion, the acceptance of the formulated hypothesis was demonstrated, that there is a direct relationship between the knowledge of the use of the integrated financial management system and job performance in decision-making in the workers involved in the DRA – L, 2020.
