The study had as a research question: What is the effect of the program "Educating my emotions" in the improvement of management in school coexistence in managers and teachers of the Educational Institution "Loreto" Iquitos 2022? and to give an adequate answer The objective was formulated to evaluate the effect of the program educating my emotions in the improvement of management in school coexistence in managers and teachers of the Loreto educational institution. As a methodology, the type of evaluative research was considered and the level was integrative, with univariate, longitudinal and field design, with a single group, with pre-test and post-test. The population and sample were made up of 40 teachers and managers. The data collection instrument was validated by expert judgment. The conclusion is that the application of the program educating my emotions significantly improves the management of school coexistence in directors and teachers of the Loreto educational institution, because the average before and after the application of the educational program has a difference in favor after its application, which allows us to affirm that the program was effective in increasing knowledge to carry out an adequate management in school coexistence.
