The research was carried out on the grounds of the Workshop of Teaching and Research of Horticultural Plants (TEIPH), of the Faculty of Agronomy-UNAP, Zungarococha, District of San Juan Bautista. The type of research was quantitative, experimental, explanatory, cross-sectional and prospective, with one independent variable (Increasing dose of chicken) and six dependent variables (Plant height, Plant diameter, root length, number of leaves/plant, weight of leaves/plant, and weight of leaves/ha). The objective of the research work was to determine the behavior of the agronomic and yield components under increasing doses of chicken in Brassica olerácea. "cabbage", Var. Portuguese tronchuda, in Zungarococha-Loreto. 2021. For the results of the statistical analysis, the Completely Random Block Design was used, with 4 Treatments and 4 repetitions. experiment the conclusions were reached: The increasing doses of gallinaza influenced the agronomic components and yield of the crop of Brassica olerácea L. "leaf cabbage", var. Portuguese tronchuda; the T4 treatment (60 t of chicken /ha), obtained the best results of the agronomic characteristics and yield of the studied crop, obtaining a yield of 11,960 Kg of leaves / ha; the chicken is an organic fertilizer whose essential nutrients contributed to improve the agronomic components and crop yield; Treatment T4 (60 t of chicken/ha), presented the best profitability with S/.32,957.00.
