The present investigation was carried out in the district of Pebas, province of Mariscal Castilla in the execution of a civil work of educational infrastructure in the town of Pebas in the year 2020, by the Pebas Mac Donald Consortium, with the objective of evaluating the conditions of the status of compliance with the SG-SST and the COVID-19 Surveillance, Prevention and Control Plan, in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) and the Ministry of Health. It is an investigation of the observational, analytical, transversal type; the checklist of guidelines of the SG-SST of the MTPE and the Action Protocol and Guidelines for the Surveillance, Prevention and Control of the Health of Workers at risk of exposure to COVID-19 were used. The SG-SST compliance evaluation in the Pebas Mac Donald consortium achieves high levels of compliance in the dimensions: a. Review by the SGSST management with 79.2%, b. Planning and application of the SGSST with 76.5%, and c. Evaluation of compliance with regulations with 75%.; with a general compliance average of 72.625%, achieving an implementation level rating of Regular Superior in Implementation of the SGSST. Regarding the level of compliance with the SARs CoV 2 Surveillance and Control Plan, 75% compliance was achieved. Achieving an acceptable level of implementation of the SARS CoV 2 Surveillance and Control Plan. That is, the PEBAS MAC DONALD CONSORTIUM has a good level of compliance with the SG-SST guidelines (72.625%) and the CoV 2 Surveillance, Protection and Control plan (75%), so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. and the null hypothesis is rejected in this investigation.
