Financial management implies the development of processes oriented not only to the search for financial resources, but also to the administration and control of said resources to be used appropriately in the operational activities carried out by the company during a determined period, in order to obtain the expected profitability and allows the fulfillment of the established goals and objectives. The research has the title "Financial management and its relationship with the operational activities of the company Comercializadora San Juan SAC, period 2023", the main objective being to determine the relationship between financial management and operational activities, presents a quantitative study and descriptive correlational design, where the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as a data collection instrument, being validated through expert judgment if you wanted to agree and then be applied in a sample made up of 96 workers. Finally, after having processed and analyzed the data in the statistical software spss v25, it was possible to determine the existence of a considered positive relationship, which is based on Spearman's Rho coefficient, which was 0.597 and the degree of significance at 0.000.
