Sumario:The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the information system and labor productivity in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas Iquitos 2021, therefore, an applied study has been chosen, with a correlational descriptive level and non-experimental design, for which a sample of 151 workers has been taken, who were surveyed through a questionnaire. Given this, the work concludes that the information system has a regular level of implementation according to 29%, likewise, 25% and 22% qualify it as bad and terrible respectively; On the other hand, it was determined that the productivity of municipal workers is regular from the perception of 29%, at the same time, 22% and 23% show a productivity at a bad and lousy level respectively. In general terms, it was determined that the information system is related to labor productivity, which has been contrasted with a significance of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient (rho) of 0.832. Finally, it was determined that operational planning, electronic municipal government, simplification of procedures and benefits of ICTs are significantly and considerably related to labor productivity.
