| Sumario: | The final report presented as its main objective to determine the relationship between institutional operational planning and the fulfillment of goals of the Regional Education Management of Loreto 2024. Where a basic method has been used, descriptive-correlational level with a non-experimental design, taking as a population 74 administrative servers, to whom a questionnaire was used to obtain information. The results show that institutional operational planning has been evaluated as regular (42%), since sometimes the institutional policy has been followed in its elaboration, the work plans are usually included in the POI. However, regarding the results obtained, there is not always constant communication by the head about the achievements reached in the quarterly evaluations. For its part, the fulfillment of goals was evaluated as average (66%), this means that the student population managed to develop skills to prevent drug use, the total compliance of the staff hired in a timely manner was highlighted, as well as partially having adequate premises for educational activities and working on the prevention of sexual violence. Finally, a positive and highly significant relationship (0.612) is established between institutional operational planning and goal achievement. Specifically, the formulation dimension shows a correlation of 0.644, also highly significant, while the execution dimension maintains a moderate and significant relationship (0.581) with goal achievement. Finally, the monitoring and evaluation dimension presents a moderate and significant correlation (0.575), which underlines the importance of these aspects in the performance of the evaluated entity. |
