Sumario:The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of service of the workers of the Banco de la Nación headquarters Iquitos, 2022, the type of research was used at a quantitative level, of a non-experimental design, of a descriptive and correlational type. The population is made up of all the workers of the Banco de la Nación Iquitos headquarters, the survey was carried out on a total of 24 people, the result was obtained with a Pearson correlation value equal to 1,000** and the sigma value (bilateral) which is 0.000, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of service of the workers of the Banco de la Nación, Iquitos headquarters, 2022. After analyzing the dimensions of the variables and according to the response of more than 50% conclude that both the organizational climate variable and the service quality variable have a high level, which requires maintaining that level and improving it even more. The investigation concluded that there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate with the quality of service at the Banco de la Nación headquarters in Iquitos, 2022.
