Se procesaron los datos con una aplicación estadística y se determinó mediante los estadísticos R de Pearson que entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral existe relación significativa (R = 0.428, y Sig = 0.000), es decir existe una correlación positiva significativa moderada entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del Municipio Provincial de Loreto, Nauta 2019.

The present research is of non-experimental correlational type. A sample of 104 workers who were surveyed about the organizational climate and for job satisfaction with the Koy and Decottis instrument, based on the Likert scale, with values greater than 0.7 in the alpha coefficient of Cronbach.
