Descripción
Sumario:Process optimization in a series of steps and methods to carry out experiments that help determine the procedures formulations, optimal combinations to process or develop optimal quality products with the greatest efficiency and adequate production costs. Response surface methodology, (MSR), collection of designs, mathematical techniques and statistics used to develop, improve and optimize processes. It also applies to the design, development and formulation of new products, as well as the improvement of product designs already implemented. In the first part, reference is made to the response surface methodology, its definition, key concepts, and its application to optimize processes. In the second part, the practical application of this methodology to optimize processes in the formulation and elaboration of Guanábana nectar, and the steps, and variable to work to obtain a product that has a high acceptability.
