| Sumario: | The research conducted was aimed at determining the connection between administrative management and service quality in the Santa Fe Nauta primary care facility for the year 2024. Classified as basic research, a descriptive correlational approach was followed within a non-experimental design framework. A sample of 100 users was taken and surveys were applied to collect relevant data. The findings indicated a direct and notable relationship between administrative practices and the quality of services provided. A significant correlation of 0.855 was discovered between effective management and quality of care, resulting in statistical significance (p = 0.000). Additionally, administrative components such as planning, organization, leadership and control reflected positive and significant correlations, with Spearman coefficients of 0.729, 0.721, 0.801 and 0.800 respectively, all with a significance level of p = 0.000. These results not only exceed the standard significance limit of 0.05, but also corroborate the mutual dependence between competent administration and service quality, highlighting the importance of efficient administrative management for improving patient care. |
