The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of business strategies on the financial sustainability of the company La Casa Del Constructor 2024. The study was a basic, quantitative, correlational, non- experimental, cross-sectional design. A sample of 30 employees was considered. In the results, out of a total of 30 respondents in Business Strategies and Financial Sustainability of the company La Casa del Constructor 2024, 39.3% said they strongly agreed with the business strategies; on the other hand, 41.1% said they strongly agreed with the financial sustainability of the company La Casa del Constructor 2024. It was concluded that business strategies have a positive impact on the financial sustainability of the company La Casa Del Constructor 2024 with a significance of p=0.000. Likewise, the dimensions basic competitive strategies, instrumental competitive strategies and corporate strategies have a significance of p=0.000; these dimensions have a positive impact on the financial sustainability of the company La Casa Del Constructor 2024.
