Para el análisis estadístico se usó estadística descriptiva. Resultados: Si es posible que se pueda demandar la nulidad del reconocimiento del hijo declarado judicialmente, siempre y cuando se cuente con prueba científica de ADN que demuestre, la no paternidad del demandado.
