Descripción
Sumario:This thesis aimed to determine the relationship between process management and the labor productivity of Grupo Angulo Real Estate in 2024. The basic type of research was used, with a quantitative approach, at a descriptive-correlational level, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all the company's employees, numbering 10, with a census sampling method employed. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire, designed with a five-category ordinal Likert scale, to quantify the participants' responses regarding the variables divided into dimensions. For Variable 1: Process Management, the dimensions of strategic processes, operational processes, and support processes were used. For Variable 2: Labor Productivity, the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, and job satisfaction were considered. The descriptive results indicated that 90% of respondents perceive that Process Management is consistently present in the company (Variable 1). Furthermore, 100% confirm that the expected Labor Productivity is consistently achieved (Variable 2). In the inferential results, the Spearman's Rho coefficient was found to be -0.314 with a two-tailed significance of 0.337 > 0.05 between process management and labor productivity, indicating a low, non-significant negative or inverse correlation, which leads to the acceptance of the null hypothesis Ho, stating that there is no significant relationship between the study variables. This result suggests that the variables are not directly correlated, indicating that process management is not being effectively implemented or communicated to the personnel, and as a result, employees employ independent strategies based on their experience to achieve established objectives in order to attain a certain level of labor productivity.
