| Sumario: | The present study aims to determine the relationship between school climate and learning achievements in third and fourth year students of the IEPSM N ° 60102 Varillal - 2021 secondary level, the method used was quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational design , which made it possible to describe each of the variables considered in the study. The instrument used was the questionnaire for the analysis and evaluation of the school climate variable and for learning achievement, reaching a validity by the descriptive analysis of both variables: independent school climate 80% and dependent learning achievements 78%. The same ones that were validated through the Delphi method or expert judgment. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. For the univariate analysis, descriptive statistics were used to represent the data expressed in frequencies, percentages and tables. In the analysis, the non-parametric statistical test, Chi Square (X2) from the analysis of 80 students was used. The specific hypothesis was verified: the school climate is significantly related to the learning achievement in third and fourth year students of the secondary level, for the reliability questionnaire was developed to contrast the hypotheses of the relationship of the dimensions of the school climate: Structure , Reward, Relationships and Identity; with learning achievements in third and fourth year high school students.Therefore, the general hypothesis of the research is demonstrated: There is a significant relationship between school climate and learning achievements in third and fourth year high school students of the IEPSM N ° 60102 Varillal - 2021. |
