| Sumario: | Citizens' perceptions of government control and the role of citizen control monitors may differ considerably depending on their level of trust in government institutions and the transparency of the political system; For this reason, the main objective of this research is to identify how the relationship between government control and the satisfaction of citizen control monitors is presented in the province of Maynas in 2024, through a quantitative, observational and non-experimental correlational approach. They evaluated key aspects such as training, social control actions and recognition of the work of the monitors. Concluding that there is a positive and significant relationship between government control and the satisfaction of citizen control monitors in the province of Maynas in 2024, particularly in aspects related to training and social control activities, which reinforces the importance of government control in improving public management and transparency; However, less satisfaction is detected regarding the recognition of the work of the monitors, which indicates the need to implement visibility and public assessment strategies. The descriptive statistical data reinforce that, although the monitors are satisfied with the training programs, it is still necessary to improve recognition by society and authorities to increase their motivation and sense of belonging. |
