The objective of the research was to determine the characteristics of employability in accounting graduates from the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, Iquitos, 2021. A type of basic research with a non experimental design and descriptive scope was used, according to this, the results showed that 71.4% of the graduates only speak their native language, 58.2% have an intermediate level of office systems knowledge, 49% have experience with two accounting software, consequently it was concluded that the characteristics of employability in the Accounting graduates from the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, Iquitos in 2021 are framed in office systems knowledge with an intermediate level; of knowledge in two accounting systems, however, 71.4% of graduates do not have the ability to communicate in a second language, in terms of experience, 91.8% have work experience and 89.8% have experience as practitioners.
