The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Operational Audit with Accounting Management in the restaurant La Regionalita district of Iquitos, year 2022, the type of research was used at a quantitative level, of a non-experimental design, of a descriptive and correlational type. The sample is made up of all the workers of the restaurant La Regionalita district of Iquitos, the survey was carried out on a total of 50 workers, it was obtained as a result that with a Pearson correlation value equal to 0.924 ** and the value of sigma (bilateral) which is 0.000, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between the operational audit and accounting management in the restaurant La Regionalita district of Iquitos, year 2022. After analyzing the dimensions of the variables and according to the response of more than 80% conclude that both the operational audit variable and the accounting management variable have a "good" level and require continuing to maintain good management of the company. The investigation concluded that there is a significant relationship between the operational audit and accounting management in the restaurant La Regionalita district of Iquitos, year 2022.
