Sumario: | The study sought to determine the degree of relationship between Motivation and Emotional Intelligence in students to see if Motivation is related to a moderate degree with Emotional Intelligence in students. It was worked with a non-experimental design, at the applied research level, since the variables were measured to propose solutions to a specific problem. It is a correlational study because the correlation between the following variables was sought: VI (X): Motivation. VD (Y): Emotional Intelligence. The population, object of study was constituted by the students of the II.EE. N°60078 "Yraida Rojas Regra" Pebas 2021, at a rate of 436 enrolled students and we worked with a sample of 57 students to whom the survey/questionnaire was applied, obtaining as a result that the correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (bilateral). Value of Spearman's Rho statistic calculated = 0.357. Estimated p-value = 0.006 = 0.6% (using SPSS version 27), so the null hypothesis is rejected if: p-value < 0.05 (p = bilateral asymptotic significance). With this the Decision Making is: At an error level of 0.6% the motivation is related with a moderate degree with the Emotional Intelligence in students of the Educational Institution N°60078 "Yraida Rojas Regra" Pebas 2021; concluding that it is demonstrated at a confidence level of 95% the hypothesis of the research: "The motivation is related with a moderate degree with the Emotional Intelligence in students of the Educational Institution N°60078 "Yraida Rojas Regra" Pebas 2021." |
