The purpose of this final report was to determine the relationship between the strategic management of the tourist lookout and the economic development of the Nanay River Independence Community 2024. Working under an applied method, descriptive correlation level and non-experimental design, taking 100 citizens as a population, to whom a questionnaire was used to collect information and data. The results showed that strategic management is considered regular (26%), this is due to the fact that occasionally the opinions and needs of stakeholders are valued and analyses of the market and the tourist offer are carried out. However, the strategies of the lookout usually focus on the promotion and conservation of local culture and traditions. Regarding economic development, it is considered regular, with an index of 25%. This perception is based on the fact that respondents have occasionally observed an increase in the number of local companies operating in their community in recent years. Finally, it is determined that there is a positive relationship between strategic management and economic development, demonstrated by a coefficient of 0.794 and a significance of 0.000.
