The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the development and implementation of a web system in the efficient management of academic information in the pre-university center of the national university of the Peruvian Amazon, this research is technological type with applicative scope, whose the design was pre-experimental, for the sample design the times of records of the operations carried out are considered to measure the dependent variable academic management processes registration of enrollment, payments and attendance (12, 12 and 15 time records respectively) , the information collection method is the time registration card, having the calibrated chronometer as a measuring instrument. After finding and analyzing the results, the hypothesis of the proposed investigation was contrasted and accepted: "yes, the web computer system is implemented then the efficiency of the academic management processes of the pre-university center will be improved. Year of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2019”. Efficiency based on the time of the enrollment registration process of the students of the Pre-University Center of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2019; The enrollment registration process of the students of the Pre-University Center is more efficient by 22.96% with the use of the implemented system with respect to the traditional method. Efficiency based on the time of the payment registration process of the students of the pre-university center of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2019; The payment registration process of the Pre-University Center students is more efficient by 26.53% with the use of the implemented system. Efficiency based on time of the registration process of attendance of teachers of the Pre-University Center of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon 2019; It is more efficient in 32.69% the process of registering the attendance of teachers of the pre-university center with the use of the implemented system.
