The National University of the Peruvian Amazon is in a constant process of improvement in its administration. In this sense, areas can be identified that could benefit from more attention. For example, the implementation of recognition programs could be explored to assess the effort of workers in their daily activities. In this sense, the objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and administrative management at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, during the period 2022. For this, a quantitative methodology, correlational design and non-experimental nature was used. The results show that the administrative management of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in the year 2022 has a positive and significant relationship with the organizational commitment of the university workers. Specifically, the increase in the administrative management variable increases organizational commitment in a proportion of 0.86 or 86% of the variation of the first variable.
