The present study, conducted at Taquito Feroz company in Iquitos during the year 2023, aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between internal communication and the job performance of employees. A quantitative-descriptive and correlational approach was chosen, and the most significant results were derived from the analysis of Pearson correlation. A correlation value of 0.812 was obtained, indicating a very strong positive correlation, supported by a bilateral significance value of 0.000. When checking the calculated p-value in relation to statistical significance (p < 0.05), the proposed hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between internal communication and job performance of Taquito Feroz employees in Iquitos 2023. This finding not only enhances the understanding of the connection between these aspects but also emphasizes the importance of effective internal communication in improving job performance. These results highlight the strategic relevance of fostering effective internal communication practices to optimize performance and job satisfaction at Taquito Feroz, Iquitos 2023.
