| Sumario: | The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between resistance to change and job performance of employees of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, year 2022. The type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design was used. . The population was made up of all the collaborators of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, which makes a total of 132 workers, the survey was carried out on the sample made up of 68 workers; this was obtained by the formula of finite populations; a Pearson correlation value equal to 0.556 was obtained as a result, which indicates a positive correlation of moderate degree, the sigma value (bilateral) is 0.000; and according to the decision rule, if the calculated p-value is less than 0.05, the Ha will be accepted, we confirm that the alternative hypothesis is accepted; then, it was concluded that the hypothesis "There is a significant and positive relationship between resistance to change and the work performance of the collaborators of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, year 2022" is accepted. It was also concluded that more than 50% of our study population has low resistance to change, therefore it is concluded that the level of resistance to change of the collaborators of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, year 2022 is low; more than 50% of our study population has high job performance, therefore it is concluded that the level of job performance of the employees of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, year 2022 is high. |
