The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between resistance to change and job performance of employees of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, year 2022. The type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design was used. . The population was made up of all the collaborators of the Industrial Service of the Navy, Iquitos, which makes a total of 132 workers, the survey was carried out on the sample made up of 68 workers; this was obtained by the formula of finite populations; a Pearson correlation value equal to 0.556 was obtained as a result, which indicates a positive correlation of moderate degree, the sigma value (bilateral) is 0.000; and according to the decision rule, if the calculated p-value is less than 0.05, the Ha will be accepted, we confirm that the alternative hypothesis is accept...
